Quick draft and shitty layout. I'll fix it up later.
Law is the user of the Ope Ope no Mi, or the Op-Op Devil's Fruit. It is a paramecia-type, a manipulative type fruit that allows the user to control the environment or create a substance, depending on the fruit itself. It's an actual, consumable fruit in which Law has eaten at a young age in order to obtain its power.
Op Op in particular allows the pirate to create a sort of "room", a spherical space that he has total control over the orientation and placement of objects, including severed limbs if the opponent is in the space if he so chose to. He himself is referred to as the "Free Modification Human", the center of it all. The word "Ope" comes from the word "operation", as the space created is very often compared to an operation room and the user to be the surgeon.
There's been times when this power has been used in order to perform miraculous surgeries to cure diseases without known cures and even to circumvent disabilities.
Ope-Ope Devil Fruit

Ope-Ope Fruit's basic ability; "Room" followed by "Shambles".
"As long as you're within Law's circle, consider yourself a patient on the operating table."
- Admiral Smoker
Basic Overview
The Ope-Ope is a heart-shaped and red fruit. It has a stem with a swirling point at the end of it that points upwards and like any other devil fruit, it's covered in swirling patterns.
After consumption, the user is then able to manipulate anything within a set spherical territory such as people, objects and items in general, ships even, in what is described in a "surgical" manner. Through this ability, Law is capable of dismembering people from a set distance without inflicting harm or damage, lifting or displacing objects of any size, re-attach severed objects, and can even switch the "hearts" of lifeforms that even changes their minds and personalities. He is even capable of switching himself from place to place within the ROOM, so long as there is an object that he can switch places with, giving off the illusion that he can teleport.
With Ope Ope, Law can re-attach severed limbs back to their fullest capacity. The same goes for separating. Whenever Law cuts someone with the fruit's power, they cannot be killed, or even harmed. It only dismembers and separates. But this doesn't mean he can't kill with his kikoku. When parts are cut off, the victim can still feel the parts and limbs, regardless of the distance. However, while separated they can be attached to different surfaces including walls, the ground, even other bodies. When slicing through a body, no harm is done but when cutting through a nonliving object, the results are the same as if a normal cut. If Law were to shut down the ROOM and if limbs are severed, they become real, leaving everything exposed and open as if they were cut like normal. Nonliving obects remain the same.
The size of the "room" depends on his will but can only cover so far. It's not unlimited and it tends to wear him down the more he uses it and even the bigger space is. Seastone can negate some of the Ope Ope's ability.
Named Techniques
ROOM The precursor of all of Law's abilities. A spherical space surrounds his targets with Law inside, giving him free control over everything in the given area. Without this, he cannot perform any of his other techniques outside of the area. A small rotating circle sparks from the palm of his hand and expands outwards to the dimensions he pleases and can activate it at any given point so long as he has the stamina. The area of ROOM varies and can go from a few meters to the surrounding areas of buildings, mountains, although the bigger the ROOM, the more energy that's required to maintain. The ROOM itself is transparent, however the boundries are visible with a light blue and can be passed through.
Amputate Law's basic offensive technique. Every swing with his kikoku cuts cleanly through any opposing object or body without actualy hurting them. Even when the body part is severed, it maintains a connection with the host anatomy and are still usable up until Law disengages ROOM.
Shambles Within ROOM, Law can switch places with any object that's inside of the given space, including those limbs or body parts that he's cut while inside the territory--this does include nonliving things. Although, he can bring things to himself with this without switching, it's only just not immediate. Not only can he switch physical objects, but minds, as well. He can switching the "heart" of one person to another and literally have them trade bodies, that only he himself can switch back. However before he can do this, he needs to "pierce" their body with a thusting motion of kikoku to "bring their heart out" before switching them.

"Takt"

"Mes"

"Injection Shot"

Takt The ability that allows Law to lift obects within ROOM. It's powerful enough to permit him to pick up an entire pirate's ship, including the water around it. With this, he can even lift up bits of the ground at just the lift of a finger
Sterben A sub-skill to back up Takt. It became a thing when Law's arm was severed while still holding his kikoku and with takt, he effectively turned it into a buzzsaw. Potentially a one-time thing. "Sterben" literally means "to die" or "dying" in German.
Scan Law scans individuals in ROOM for just about anything he pleases. Whether it be he's looking for a certain item, injury, or whatever. It acts like an x-ray machine.
Mes An ability in which Law strikes with his bare hand, palm outward and generally to the chest which forces the victim's heart to expel outward. The hearts shoot out of their bodies and are automatically encased in a protective glass-like cube. Where the heart would be is left a cube-like hole in their chest where the heart would be. Normally it would tire the opponent pretty quickly, but it doesn't kill. Since all of Law's abilities act as if they were still intact, squeezing or harming the cube in any way causes severe pain to the host, making it suitable for subduing or controlling an enemy. Puncturing the heart causes instant death.
Counter Shock Law places both of his palms--or thumbs--to the opponent's chest to generate and release an electrical surge which acts like a defibrillator. Though dangerous all the same, it's a single pulse of energy that normally deals heavy damage and if not, stuns the victim. If enough energy, he can use it with only just one hand.
Radio Knife An advanced version of Amputate but with a combination of Counter Shock. Law charges up his sword with electricity then quickly slashes at the enemy, resulting in the target being cut into several linear pieces with the displeasure of suffering from the shock at the same time. The cut itself, like amputate, is not harmful like any other of his abilities, however it prevents the target from re-attaching themselves to their own body--if they're capable. A radio knife is a surgical instrument that uses a high-frequency electric arc to cut away or through tissue.
Injection Shot Aiming, Law rushes towards them with his kikoku outstretched in a thrusting fashion. Upon hit, he makes it "fire" like a sort of firearm, making the target bleed from the point of connection while simultaneously shoving them away. Good for a means to escape. He can still amputate while shooting. Although this leaves physical damage in ROOM unlike his other abilities, it's easy to avoid--simply knocking his sword away is one way.
Gamma Knife Law creates a short blade of energy in his hand. If he's able to land a puncturing go on his opponent, the blade damages the internal organs without leaving any external wounds. It deals severe damage if landing in the right place and is unlikely for the victim to survive if hit by it. Like Injection Shot, it is the only other ability that actually damages the victim. A gamma knife is a method of radiosurgery which is used to treat brain tumors.
